Conociendo los Ministerios en la Iglesia.

Muy Importante: Luego de la explicación de cada Ministerio estaremos poniendo lo que el Señor Jesús le dijo hace muy poco a un siervo de Dios que vive en la actualidad.

Esta enseñanza es para cristianos maduros o Ministros de Dios principalmente pues es difícil de entender a aquellos personas que no conocen mucho de las Sagradas Escrituras y de lo que está haciendo Dios en este tiempo:

Jesús le habló a un siervo de Dios sobre este tema y además de explicarle como serán, le dijo que en este tiempo iba a levantar nuevos Apóstoles, Profetas, Evangelistas, Pastores y Maestros de acuerdo a su agrado, los cuales en este momento están en el anonimato. Y le da la orden de encontrarlos, reconocerlos y ayudarles en su labor y misión. A muchos hombres de Dios les fue revelado que vendrían y son los líderes del tiempo final (ellos y otros que ya son conocidos pero serán levantados aún más en este tiempo.

Entonces hoy vamos a ver un tema importante para tu vida como miembro del cuerpo de Cristo, para una mejor comprensión de la vida de la iglesia y para tu servicio al Señor: LOS MINISTERIOS EN LA IGLESIA. ¿Recuerdas 1 Corintios 12:4-6?

Ahora bien, hay diversidad de dones, pero el Espíritu es el mismo. Y hay diversidad de ministerios, pero el Señor es el mismo. Y hay diversidad de operaciones, pero Dios, que hace todas las cosas en todos, es el mismo. 1 Corintios 12:4-6

Las palabras "ministerio, ministro y ministrar" son traducciones de palabras griegas relacionadas con diakonía, que significa "servicio" o "mayordomía", y que en el contexto bíblico se refiere en especial al aspecto espiritual. Por lo tanto en el Nuevo Testamento un ministerio es, fundamentalmente, un servicio espiritual que se presta al Señor en el marco de la iglesia, el cuerpo de Cristo.
Todo creyente es un miembro del cuerpo de Cristo. Y así como todo miembro de nuestro cuerpo físico cumple una función, también todo miembro del cuerpo de Cristo debe cumplir una función. Esa función constituye su ministerio particular dentro de la iglesia. Al estudiar esto, ora que el Espíritu Santo te revele el o los ministerios que tiene reservados para ti.

1. LOS CINCO DONES DEL MINISTERIO EN EFESIOS Capítulo 4.
Vamos a analizar, en primer lugar, algunas enseñanzas en cuanto a los ministerios en Efesios 4:11-16. Lee el pasaje y responde a las siguientes preguntas
Y él mismo constituyó a unos, apóstoles; a otros, profetas; a otros, evangelistas; a otros, pastores y maestros, a fin de perfeccionar a los santos para la obra del ministerio, para la edificación del cuerpo de Cristo, hasta que todos lleguemos a la unidad de la fe y del conocimiento del Hijo de Dios, a un varón perfecto, a la medida de la estatura de la plenitud de Cristo…

a. En el v.11, ¿cuáles son los ministerios que Cristo ha dado a su iglesia?
Apóstoles, Profetas, Evangelistas, Pastores, Maestros.
b. ¿Cuál es el propósito de los ministerios según el v.12?
Perfeccionar a los creyentes para la obra del ministerio.
c. ¿Quiénes deben hacer la obra del ministerio? Los creyentes.
d. ¿Qué resulta cuando todos cumplen con el ministerio que Cristo les ha encomendado según el v.12?
La edificación del cuerpo de Cristo.
e. ¿Hasta cuándo deben funcionar estos ministerios en la iglesia?
Hasta que lleguemos a la unidad de la fe y del conocimiento del Hijo de Dios, a un varón perfecto, a la medida de la estatura de la plenitud de Cristo.

Vemos, pues, que los ministerios no son cargos de los cuales alguien pueda sentirse orgulloso, sino dones de Cristo para bendición de su iglesia. Cada creyente a quien es encargado un ministerio, se convierte en servidor de Cristo, y debe cumplir con ese ministerio con responsabilidad y humildad.

  Cada uno según el don que ha recibido, minístrelo a los otros, como buenos administradores de la multiforme gracia de Dios. 1 Pedro 4:10

A. EL APÓSTOL
La palabra "apóstol" viene del griego apóstolos, que significa "un enviado". El Padre envió a Jesucristo, el Apóstol por excelencia, y Jesucristo envió a sus doce discípulos (Juan 20:21), quienes forman un grupo especial de apóstoles, porque habían estado junto al Señor.

a. En Mateo 28:18-20, ¿Cuál fue la comisión dejada por Jesús a los cristianos?.
Que prediquemos el evangelio, bauticemos y enseñemos todo lo que nos ha mandado.
b. ¿En 1 Corintios 3:10, cuál es la función del apóstol?
Poner el fundamento.
c. En 2 Corintios 12:12, ¿cuáles son las señales del apostolado?
Señales, prodigios y milagros.

A la luz de lo visto, el apóstol es uno enviado para extender el evangelio en el mundo, y ganar a las almas para Cristo; las pastorea por un tiempo y les enseña los fundamentos de la Palabra de Dios, hasta que la iglesia queda ya establecida y puede ir a otro lugar para iniciar una nueva obra. Hechos 19:10; 20:31; 28:30; 11:26; 18:11. El ministerio de apóstol es uno de los más exigentes en cuanto a los dones del Espíritu, 2 Corintios 12:12, pero también en cuanto al fruto del Espíritu para soportar dificultades, incomodidad, etc.
No puede ser un novato sino alguien reconocido por su larga experiencia, testimonio, frutos de Apóstol, que conozca toda la palabra de Dios y que tenga sabiduría en la mayoría de los temas espirituales, larga experiencia en el servicio a Dios y que pueda ser Pastor de Pastores.
¿Hay apóstoles hoy?: La respuesta es sí. Como lo hubo ya en el libro de los Hechos al comienzo del cristianismo (aparte de los 12). Hechos 14:14; 1 Timoteo 2:7; Romanos 1:1; 1 Corintios 15:7; Lucas 11:49; Gálatas 1:19; 1 Tesalonicenses 2:6.

Generalmente El Apóstol no es pastor de una iglesia a la cual el da la prioridad sino que es para todo el cuerpo de Cristo. No leemos en la Biblia de la Iglesia de Pablo ni la de Pedro. (Y menos que “compitan” entre sí como sucede en algunos casos sucede hoy). Hoy hay Apóstoles pero no tantos como parece. Hay muchos que se llaman Apóstoles y no lo son. Como dijimos deben ser hombres maduros de larga experiencia que antes hayan sido Pastores locales pero ahora son para edificar a todas las iglesias y no a una sola mega-iglesia fundada por el mismo, la cual es la de su preferencia y el objeto central de todo su trabajo. Tengan cuidado hermanos, y si sin saberlo te has hecho llamar apóstol sin serlo o ha venido alguien y te ha “ungido” con ese nombre, si es así arrepiéntete de tu error y deja que el pueblo de Dios se de cuenta de lo que eres. Digo esto porque conozco Pastores y hasta “Pastoras” tal vez sinceras que se hacen llamar apóstoles y tienen una pequeña iglesia de pocas personas y son jóvenes y sin casi nada de experiencia. Puede ser que en el futuro sean apóstoles pero recuerden que este es un ministerio para todo el cuerpo de Cristo. Puede haber Pastores de mega- iglesias con muchas iglesias hijas y no ser apóstoles.

Palabras de Jesús hoy: Estoy por soltar a mis APÓSTOLES de los últimos tiempos:

Tendré muchos como Pablo, Juan, Pedro y los demás. Para prepararlos, envío a muchos como Juan el Bautista, que les enseñarán LA DEVOCIÓN HACIA MÍ y echarán los cimientos del ARREPENTIMIENTO en sus vidas. Estos Apóstoles también serán como Juan el Bautista. Así como el mayor gozo en la vida de Juan era escuchar la voz del novio, ellos tendrán una sola devoción: VER A MI NOVIA PREPARARSE PARA MÍ. Por esto, los usaré para construir caminos en la selva y ríos en el desierto. Ellos allanarán los lugares altos y levantarán los lugares bajos.

B. EL PROFETA
El profeta edifica, exhorta y consuela a la iglesia mediante el don de profecía, como en el caso de Judas y Silas en Hechos 15:32.
Puede anunciar cosas del futuro (Agabo en Hechos 11:28; 21:10-11); puede revelar hechos presentes o pasados (Natán en 2 Samuel 12:1-15) etc.
No hay que confundir el don de profecía, que cualquier creyente bautizado en el Espíritu puede recibir, con el ministerio de profeta, que es un ministerio dado por el Señor Jesucristo, con una unción especial, y que conlleva el ejercicio de varios de los dones del Espíritu.

Palabras de Jesús hoy: Estoy por soltar a mis profetas de los últimos tiempos:

Ellos me amarán y caminarán conmigo, tal como lo hizo Enoc. Demostrarán mi poder y le probarán al mundo que YO soy el único Dios verdadero. Cada uno será un pozo de agua pura del cual fluirán aguas vivas. Por momentos, su agua será cálida para limpieza; por momentos, será fría para refrescar. También les daré rayos en una mano y truenos en la otra. Se remontarán como águilas sobre la tierra, pero descenderán sobre mi pueblo como palomas, porque ellos honrarán a mi familia. Vendrán sobre las ciudades como torbellinos y terremotos, pero darán luz a los mansos y humildes.

C. EL EVANGELISTA
El evangelista es "uno que anuncia el Evangelio". Es decir, uno que anuncia las buenas nuevas de salvación. Muchas veces su ministerio está acompañado por los dones de sanidades y de milagros como parte de sus credenciales, como confirmación divina del mensaje de salvación, pero es por la predicación de la Palabra que las personas serán salvas (Hechos 8:6).
En un sentido, todos los creyentes debemos ser evangelistas, porque el mandato de ser testigos de Cristo es para todos (Hechos 1:8), pero el evangelista como don del ministerio es diferente. El evangelista tiene un corazón ardiente por las almas perdidas, y la unción de Dios para predicar el mensaje de salvación, de tal manera que, normalmente, siempre resultará en almas salvadas.

Estoy por soltar a mis evangelistas de los últimos tiempos.

Les daré una copa de gozo que nunca se agotará. Sanarán a los enfermos y echarán fuera demonios; me amarán a mí y amarán la justicia; llevarán sus cruces cada día, no vivirán para sí mismos, sino para mí. A través de ellos, el mundo sabrá que yo vivo y que yo les he dado todo poder y autoridad. Estos son los intrépidos que atacarán las puertas del enemigo e incursionarán en los lugares más oscuros de la tierra y guiarán a muchos a la salvación.

D. EL PASTOR
El Apóstol funda iglesias; el Evangelista gana almas para Cristo; pero es el Pastor el encargado de cuidar el rebaño; de alimentarlo para que crezca y se fortalezca; de guiarlo, y prepararlo para la obra del ministerio.

a. En Ezequiel 34: 5-6, ¿qué pasa con las ovejas cuando falta un pastor?
Errantes, presas de las fieras del campo, dispersadas, perdidas y esparcidas.
b. ¿Qué instrucción da la Palabra de Dios en Hebreos 13:17?
Que obedezcan y se sujeten a los pastores.

Estoy por soltar a mis Pastores de los últimos tiempos:

Ellos tendrán un corazón por mis ovejas. Ellos alimentarán a mis ovejas porque me aman. Cuidarán a mis pequeñas como si fueran suyas y darán sus vidas por ellas. Este es el amor que tocará los corazones de los hombres, cuando mi pueblo dé su vida uno por otro. Entonces el mundo me conocerá. Les he dado comida variada para servirla a mi casa. Estos son los fieles a los que les confía el cuidado de mi propia casa.

E. EL MAESTRO
El maestro tiene la capacidad de exponer las Escrituras en forma tal que produzca resultados espirituales en la vida de los oyentes. No es una mera capacidad para impartir información intelectual, sino que implica revelación del Espíritu para descubrir las riquezas de la Palabra de Dios.
El ministerio de maestro por lo general está ligado al de pastor.
Muchos intérpretes consideran que en Efesios 4:11 se debe leer "pastores-maestros" como un solo ministerio, pero la experiencia muestra que pueden haber pastores-maestros, evangelistas-maestros y profetas – maestros, así como maestros solamente que no son pastores.

Ellos me conocerán y le enseñarán a mi pueblo a conocerme. Amarán la verdad. No retrocederán ante la escuridad sino que la expondrán y la ahuyentarán. Ellos destaparán los pozos que sus padres cavaron y servirán las aguas puras de vida. Asimismo traerán los tesoros de Egipto y los usarán para edificar mi habitación.

*Las partes escritas en negrita son cosas que Jesús le Dijo a su siervo Rick Joyner y está escritas en su libro “El Llamado”.

* Quiero decirles que lea detenidamente estas explicaciones y discierna su ministerios (uno o varios) para trabajar en el.

* También quiero decirle que un hombre de Dios puede tener varios ministerios que se complementan por ejemplo puede haber Evangelistas-Pastores, Apóstoles-maestros, Pastores-profetas y Puede haber Apóstoles que sean profetas, evangelistas (que tengan corazón de Pastor o hayan sido Pastores) y ser maestros, etc, etc.

Entonces los doce (Ahora estaba Matías y no más Judas) (Matías no fue de los 12 antes) convocaron a la multitud de los discípulos, y dijeron: No es justo que nosotros dejemos la palabra de Dios, para servir a las mesas. Buscad, pues, hermanos, de entre vosotros a siete varones de buen testimonio, llenos del Espíritu Santo y de sabiduría, a quienes encarguemos de este trabajo. Y nosotros persistiremos en la oración y en el ministerio de la palabra. Agradó la propuesta a toda la multitud; y eligieron a Esteban, varón lleno de fe y del Espíritu Santo, a Felipe, a Prócoro, a Nicanor, a Timón, a Parmenas, y a Nicolás prosélito de Antioquía; a los cuales presentaron ante los apóstoles, quienes, orando, les impusieron las manos.

This teaching is for mature Christians or ministers of God mainly because it is difficult to understand those who do not know much of the Scriptures and what God is doing at this time:

The words "ministry, minister and minister" are translations of Greek words related diakonia which means "service" or "stewardship" and that in the biblical context refers especially to the spiritual aspect. So in the New Testament ministry is fundamentally a spiritual service that lends to the Lord within the church, the body of Christ.
Every believer is a member of the body of Christ. And as every member of our physical body plays a role, also every member of the body of Christ must play a role. That role is his particular ministry within the church. In considering this, pray that the Holy Spirit will reveal the ministries or has reserved for you.
1. FIVE ministry gifts in Ephesians chapter 4.

Thus we see that ministries are not charges of which anyone can be proud, but gifts of Christ to his church blessing. Every believer who is responsible ministry, becomes a servant of Christ, and must meet the ministry with responsibility and humility.
As each one has received a gift, minister it to one another, as good stewards of the manifold grace of God. 1 Peter 4:10
A. THE APOSTLE
The word "apostle" comes from the Greek apostles, which means "one sent." The Father sent Jesus Christ, the Apostle par excellence, and Jesus sent his twelve disciples (John 20:21), who form a special group of apostles, because they had been with the Lord.

Acts 19:10, 20:31, 28:30, 11:26, 18:11. The apostle’s ministry is one of the most demanding in terms of the gifts of the Spirit, 2 Corinthians 12:12, but also the fruit of the Spirit to endure hardship, discomfort, etc..

(And unless "compete" with each other as in some cases it is today). Today’s Apostles but not as many as it seems. There are many who call themselves apostles and are not. As we said should be highly experienced older men who have previously been local pastors but now are to build all the churches and not a single mega-church founded by himself, which is your favorite and the central object of all their work. Beware brothers, and if you did not know you to be called an apostle or someone and has been "anointed" by that name, if so repent of your error and let God’s people to realize who you are . I say this because I know pastors and even "Pastors" perhaps sincere calling themselves apostles and are a small church and few people are young and with almost no experience. Maybe in the future be apostles but remember that this is a ministry to the whole body of Christ. There may be pastors of mega-churches with many churches and not be apostles daughters.

I will have many like Paul, John, Peter and others. To prepare, send to many as John the Baptist, who teach them the devotion to me and shove the foundation of repentance in their lives. B. THE PROPHET
The prophet edifies, exhorts and comforts the church through the gift of prophecy, as in the case of Judas and Silas in Acts 15:32.
You can announce things in the future (Agabus in Acts 11:28, 21:10-11), can reveal past or present facts (Nathan in 2 Samuel 12:1-15) etc.
Do not confuse the gift of prophecy, which any believer baptized in the Spirit can receive a prophet’s ministry, a ministry given by the Lord Jesus Christ, with a special anointing, and that involves the exercise of many of the gifts Spirit.

They love me and walk with me, as did Enoch. Demonstrate my power and prove to the world that I am the only true God. Each will be a well of pure water which will flow living waters. We all have to believe in Jesus Christ and His work for us on the cross:

Jesus came to this world to save sinners (us and all).

The following statement is trustworthy, and everyone should accept it: Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners, of whom I am the worst.
Jesus wants everyone to be saved and go to heaven:

This is good and pleases God our Savior,

who wants everyone to be saved and come to know the truth.
The only thing that can save people is Jesus Christ.

As there is only one God and only one Mediator who can reconcile humanity with God, and man (God made man perfect): Jesus Christ.

He gave his life for the freedom to buy them all. This is the message God gave the world just at the right time.
Salvation is a free gift of God. A gift.

God is so rich in mercy and loved us so much

that, even though we were dead through our trespasses, made us alive when Christ rose from the dead. (It is only by God’s grace that you have been saved!)

God saved by his grace when you believed. You have no merit in that it is a gift from God.

Salvation is not a reward for the good things we have done, so none of us can claim to be safe.

We must receive Jesus and pray to Him to receive Him invoking and salvation in our hearts.

But to all who believed in him and received him, he gave the right to become children of God.

For everyone who calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved.
If you want to do this prayer for salvation and eternal life:
Lord Jesus now invoke your name to be saved, repent, and ask forgiveness for all my sins I have committed. I believe you died for me on the cross to pay my debt to God and now I open my heart to come into my life, I now receive Him as my Savior and King. Thank you very much because I have received, I am now forgiven and your child. Amen.
Fundamental: RECEIVE THE BAPTISM IN THE HOLY SPIRIT

How to receive the Baptism in the Holy Spirit:
It should be spiritual thirst.
(John 7:37)
On the last and greatest day of the feast, Jesus stood and cried, saying, If any man thirst, let him come to me and drink.

As the deer pants for streams of water,
So pants for you, O God, my soul.
(Psalms 42:2)
My soul thirsts for God, for the living God;
God wants to give and no provision departs from God and says that we receive.
(Luke 11:13)
If you then, being evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to them that ask him?
(Acts 1:5)
For John baptized with water, but ye shall be baptized with the Holy Ghost not many days.

But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit upon you, and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.
