(Hechos 20:18) S: Pablo llama a los Pastores de Efeso y les dice:
Cuando llegaron, Pablo declaró: «Ustedes saben que desde el día que pisé la provincia de Asia hasta ahora,
(Hechos 20:19) Así debemos hacer el trabajo de Dios nosotros y pedirle a Dios fortaleza para superar las pruebas que seguramente tendremos.
he hecho el trabajo del Señor con humildad y con muchas lágrimas. He soportado las pruebas…
(Hechos 20:20) El declaraba la verdad con firmeza y valentía.
Nunca me eché para atrás a la hora de decirles lo que necesitaban oír, ya fuera en público o en sus casas.
(Hechos 20:21) El mensaje para todos es la necesidad del arrepentimiento, volverse a Dios y tener fe en la obra de Jesucristo a favor de nosotros en la cruz. Esas Buenas noticias son las que debemos contarlas a los que no la saben. Recuerde CADA CRISTIANO ES UN MISIONERO EN SU ENTORNO. La gran comisión de Jesucristo Mateo 28:18-20 es para cada cristiano. Hechos 5:42; Hechos 8:4.
He tenido un solo mensaje para los judíos y los griegos por igual: la necesidad de arrepentirse del pecado, de volver a Dios y de tener fe en nuestro Señor Jesucristo.
(Hechos 20:24) Es mi oración que cada cristiano viva esto:
Pero mi vida no vale nada para mí a menos que la use para terminar la tarea que me asignó el Señor Jesús, la tarea de contarles a otros la Buena Noticia acerca de la maravillosa gracia de Dios.
(Hechos 20:26)
Declaro hoy que he sido fiel. Si alguien sufre la muerte eterna, no será mi culpa.

Hay una muerte eterna, una separación eterna de Dios en el infierno que es eterno, es un castigo eterno: Mateo 25:41, 46; Judas 1:7; Apocalipsis 20:10, 15; 21:8 y los más van allí. Los que se salvan son pocos espero que usted esté entre ellos. Lucas 13:24.
(Hechos 20:27)
porque no me eché para atrás a la hora de declarar todo lo que Dios quiere que ustedes sepan.
(Hechos 20:28) Pablo les dice a los Pastores o Ancianos de Efeso.
Entonces cuídense a sí mismos y cuiden al pueblo de Dios. Alimenten y pastoreen al rebaño de Dios —su iglesia, comprada con su propia sangre — (la sangre derramada de Cristo en la cruz fue el instrumento de perdón y su sangre nos limpia de TODO pecado, 1 Pedro 1:18-19; 1 Juan 1:7; Mateo 26:28; Efesios 1:7) sobre quien el Espíritu Santo los ha designado ancianos (o Pastores).
(Hechos 20:31) Debemos discipular a las personas de Dios en las verdades del cristianismo de una manera concreta y directa.
¡Cuidado! Recuerden los tres años que pasé con ustedes —de día y de noche mi constante atención y cuidado —así como mis muchas lágrimas por cada uno de ustedes.
(Hechos 20:32) Una vez discipulados y puestos los Pastores en su lugar, los encomendó a Dios que continuaría su obra guiándolos por medio de su Espíritu Santo. Esa es una tarea para el que tiene ministerio de Apóstol.
Y ahora los encomiendo a Dios y al mensaje de su gracia, que tiene poder para edificarlos y darles una herencia junto con todos los que él ha consagrado para sí mismo.
Usted puede ser uno de ellos, lea por favor devuelta lo que hemos escrito y tome decisiones.
Para los siervos de Dios:
Mantente siempre humilde, las cosas que Dios permitió en tu vida son para ese motivo. El mayor enemigo luego de unas victorias espirituales es el orgullo, por eso caen muchos de los siervos de Dios.
Algunos salvan a unos pocos y ya caminan en orgullo, creyéndose los dueños del rebaño y que su palabra es infalible. Recuerda todos tenemos defectos, errores y necedades. Mantente en humildad porque si no te volverás ciego espiritualmente y sordo a las cosas de Dios y a su dirección y su voz.
La ovejas que Dios puso a tu cuidado son de El y El te pedirá cuenta por ellas, las ovejas deben servir a Dios y no a tus planes.
No digas “mis sillas”, ni “mis músicos” no tienes nada que sea tuyo y si tienes algo te fue dado por Dios.
Está alerta al orgullo en todas sus formas, recuerda: Jesús era manso y humilde de corazón y Moisés era el más manso de toda la tierra.
Jamás compitas con otro Pastor o Iglesia, solo cuida rebaño de Dios, que El puso a tu cuidado. Jamás saques una oveja de otro rebaño, ni dividas una iglesia con la excusa de “darles más luz”.
Jamás en Hechos de los apóstoles podrás leer cosas como que Pedro competía con Pablo por quien tenía la iglesia más grande o los mejores músicos o programas etc.
Nunca se habla en la Biblia de la Iglesia de (Fulano de tal) ni que un pastor sea “exitoso” y otro no. Haz lo mejor que puedas con los dones que el señor te dio.
Dios juzgará a cada uno y en el cielo nos llevaremos grandes sorpresas.
También debes saber que hay autoridades espirituales que no son muchas veces las que los hombres ponen en cargos eclesiásticos. Te pueden poner como obispo y esa es tu tarea pero no “tu nivel espiritual” o “Ranking” del cielo. Tal vez creas que puedes mandar a alguien y ese es un profeta o Apóstol de Dios de los últimos tiempos y no tiene títulos o cargos denominacionales, pero tiene autoridad espiritual dada por Dios sobre ti (debes darte cuenta de esto). Cuanto más cargos u autoridad espiritual tienes más humilde debes ser. Recuerda que cualquiera puede caer en cualquier momento.
Arrepiéntete de decir “mi iglesia” o “mis músicos” etc. y no digas la iglesia de tal o cual porque solo Jesús es el dueño de las iglesias. Busca mantenerte en humildad.
Recuerda que Dios conoce tus secretos más profundos. Pero cuenta con su ayuda para no caer en el engaño del orgullo.

No vivas condenándote por cualquier defecto si pecaste en algo pedile perdón al Señor, no lo entristezcas, busca serle agradable, recuerda que El te amó tanto que murió en tu lugar y te sigue amando de la misma manera.

(John 5:24) Jesus said:
I tell you the truth, everyone who hears my message and believe in God who sent me have eternal life. They will never be condemned for their sins, as they have already passed from death to life.

But do not worry so much about things that are spoiled as food. Put your energy in seeking the eternal life that can give them the Son of Man (Jesus).

Store your treasures in heaven, where moths and rust can not destroy, and thieves do not break in and steal.

And if God cares so wonderfully for wildflowers that are here today and tomorrow is thrown into the fire, will be sure to take care of you. Why have so little faith?

PRAYER:
Dear Jesus, I know that God loved us so much that you sent into the world to save us and that you love so much to people who do not know that we send to us to save them.
I pray that touches the hearts of the people reading these messages I’m sending. I ask You to bless them and they can give their lives for you to be saved from eternal damnation and be with you forever in heaven Rejoicing with you, and the wonders that have prepared for those who follow you.

He gave his life for the freedom to buy them all. This is the message God gave to the world.

Jesus Christ is the truth. Who or that let you conquer your heart?
Only he who has Jesus has eternal life.
(1 John 5:11-12)
And this is the testimony that God has given: he gave us eternal life, and this life is in his Son.
He who has the Son has life: he that hath not the Son of God hath not life.
On earth my children rarely work for me will realize what really did for my kingdom and rarely someone will recognize them in their time.
But the sky will get here what they have actually achieved for all eternity.
Remember you only have one soul gained for heaven is the best I can do for my father and me. Jesus.
You "see" Jesus clearly acting increasingly beside you, talking to you, wanting to act through you, you must learn to hear his voice better for you every day, and discern His will, you must also be filled with his love for people and love Him above all things. GOD MADE A MIRACLE IN ANSWER TO PRAYER, but I forgot to ask for the legs. He knows everything.
That encouraged me to pray for others and pray in churches sometimes by hundreds of people and wherever I go, whether in a business or elsewhere when someone asks for prayer pray for that person and leave the results to God.

Tu llamado es conocer más a Jesús y dar fruto.
Si lo buscas siempre lo hallarás.
El siempre está cerca de aquellos que se acercan a El.
Muchos quieren disfrutar de su presencia pero no se le acercan.
Debes desearlo y buscarlo, debes adorarlo y deleitarte en su presencia.
Ese es parte de tu llamado. No hay propósito más elevado que este para tu vida, además de hacer su voluntad y ganar almas para el cielo.
Tu victoria en esta vida depende de que hagas eso, busca siempre serle agradable y verá su mano en tu vida. Haz siempre lo correcto y vivirás en bendición y disfrutarás de su presencia la cual debes cultivarla hablando con El y adorándolo.
SIEMPRE ESTARÁS TAN CERCA DE EL COMO TU QUIERAS ESTARLO.
Tu victoria en la vida será de acuerdo a la medida de tu deseo por El.

Debes vivir sinceramente y caminar en verdad para con Dios, tratando de morir a tus propios deseos y buscar los de El.
Hay semillas eternas que son plantadas (cada vez que predicas o haces algún bien) en los corazones de las personas.
Los resultados y sus frutos solo podrás verlos claramente cuando estés con Dios en el cielo.
Enfócate en lo eterno, de que le vale a una persona llegar a ser dueña del mundo entero si al morir va al infierno para siempre.
¿Cuantos años te quedan de vida? Solo Dios lo sabe, hoy mismo podrías pasar a la eternidad, recuerda entonces que tienes una sola vida y este es tu momento, dedica tu vida a hacer el bien y servir a Dios porque eso solo es lo que te llevarás en el momento de tu muerte.
Nunca debes compararte con los demás, sigue avanzando en lo que Dios tiene para ti y hazlo de todo corazón.
Nunca te lamentes por ser como sos. Dios te hizo y nunca se equivoca. Haz lo mejor con lo que Dios te ha dado.
Lee el Salmo 139
No te desesperes NUNCA, no te deprimas, ni te venza la depresión. Dios siempre tiene la solución para todo, después de la tormenta sale el sol.
La depresión viene de ver las cosas desde nuestro punto de vista y no del de Dios.
El dice que tiene un plan perfecto para tu vida, que al que ama Dios lo disciplina y que TODAS las cosas te ayudan a bien.
Oro por ti para que ningún engaño de estos esté en tu vida.
Solo espera en el Todopoderoso Dios que te ama con amor eterno, y está activo y participa en tu vida. No sos poca cosa para el Rey y creador del Universo: Dios.
Nunca estás en una situación sin solución. ESPERA SIEMPRE UN MILAGRO DE DIOS, lo que es imposible para los hombres es posible para Dios.
Te cuento un testimonio personal: Cuando yo era joven, en mi casa trabajaba como ama de llaves una mujer llamada Cecilia (ya muy anciana). Yo la quería más que a nadie, pero ella tenía tantas várices en sus piernas que casi no podía caminar del dolor, sus piernas eran solo nudos violetas y el dolor era muy grande.
También se había caído y roto el cuello por lo cual todas las mañanas debíamos ponerle uno ortopédico para que pueda levantar la cabeza.
Yo le pregunté a Dios por que estaba así, siendo tan buena (me parecía una gran injusticia) y sentí la voz de Dios en mi mente que me decía ¡PORQUE NO ME PEDISTE QUE LA SANE! Entonces pensé ¡eso es verdad! Y me tomé unos días para orar y me vino una fe sobrenatural para decirle un viernes a Cecilia que el martes Dios la iba a sanar al orar por ella. El martes la llamé al living de mi casa y oré por ella y le pedí al Señor que la sane del cuello y me olvidé lo de las piernas. Aparentemente todo seguía igual en ella hasta la noche, pero al día siguiente a la mañana ella vino a mi cuarto con un plumero limpiando el techo y sin el cuello ortopédico y me dijo con todo temor. “Gustavo me parece que Dios me sanó” ya que podía mover el cuello sin problemas y al mirar sus piernas las tenía sanas totalmente como la de una persona joven. DIOS HIZO UN MILAGRO EN RESPUESTA A LA ORACIÓN, aunque yo me olvidé de pedirle por las piernas. EL SABE TODO.
Eso me animó para orar por otras personas y en las iglesias oramos a veces por cientos de personas y en el lugar que voy, ya sea en un negocio o en otro lugar cuando alguien pide oración oro por esa persona y dejo los resultados a Dios.
Usted puede ser como Cecilia. SIEMPRE ESPERE UN MILAGRO DE PARTE DE DIOS porque El da buenas cosas a los que se LO PIDEN.
Quiero decirle que Dios escucha a todos, pero aprendí que debemos pedirle y que los milagros existen hoy. Para los que predicamos la palabra de Dios lo milagroso es algo que sucede a diario. Se que no hay nada que Dios no pueda hacer.

Pedid, y se os dará; buscad, y hallaréis; llamad, y se os abrirá.
(Mateo 7:11)
Pues si ustedes saben dar cosas buenas a vuestros hijos, ¿cuánto más vuestro Padre que está en los cielos dará buenas cosas a los que le pidan?

Los que tenemos a Cristo en nuestro corazón y hemos sidos redimidos por El, ya lo hemos “encontrado”, pero el deseo de acercarse a El, orar, captar su voz, hacer su voluntad, sacrificarse por El, trabajar en su obra por amor a El y a sus hijos, es el llamado de los reyes que reinarán con El.
Los que lo aman de verdad querrán estar a su lado todo el tiempo, caminar en yugo con El, adorarlo y servirlo al servir a sus hijos.
Esa será su motivación, lo buscarán y hallarán porque lo buscarán de todo su corazón.
Es a ellos que Dios revelará sus secretos más profundos y serán llamados amigos de Dios y los guerreros del tiempo final.
Ellos lo buscarán más que cualquier persona lo hace con el tesoro más valioso, y El se dejará hallar por ellos para trabajar y tener comunión (amistad) juntos, y serán ellos el especial tesoro de Dios y brillarán como estrellas perpetuamente para todo la eternidad.
¡Tú puedes ser uno de ellos!
El mayor llamado de todos es ser completamente conquistados por Jesús. Ser uno con El y vivir en tal comunión que siempre estemos haciendo su voluntad (para nosotros) que es diferente para cada persona. Caminar a su lado haciendo las obras de El. Nosotros somos la cara visible pero el invisible hace sus obras a través nuestro.
Si te consagras y rindes a El entonces El te usará para hacer muchas cosas para su Reino.
Salmo 60:12.
La verdadera conquista es capturar los corazones de los hombres con la verdad que los hace libres.
Jesucristo es la verdad. ¿A quién o a que, dejarás que conquiste tu corazón?
Solo el que tiene a Jesús tiene la vida eterna.
(1 Juan 5:11-12)
Y este es el testimonio que Dios ha dado: él nos dio vida eterna, y esa vida está en su Hijo.
El que tiene al Hijo tiene la vida; el que no tiene al Hijo de Dios no tiene la vida.
En la tierra mis hijos que trabajan para mí raramente se darán cuenta de lo que en verdad hicieron para mi Reino y muy raramente alguien los reconocerá en su tiempo.
Pero al llegar aquí al cielo verán lo que realmente han logrado por toda la eternidad.
Recuerden un alma solamente que hayan ganado para el cielo es lo mejor que pueden hacer para mi Padre y para mi. Jesús.
Debes “ver” a Jesús cada día más claramente actuando a tu lado, hablándote, queriendo actuar a través tuyo, debes aprender a oír mejor su voz para ti cada día, y discernir su voluntad, también debes ser lleno de su amor por las personas y amarlo sobre todas las cosas. ¡Pídeselo ahora y te lo concederá!, pídeselo a menudo y tu conocimiento de El irá en aumento más y más.
Muchos cristianos no han descubierto todavía el gozo de servir a Dios. ¡Descúbrelo hoy!
Muchos no cristianos caminan vacíos en este mundo aunque tengan una religión y no saben el gozo que es tener a Jesús en el corazón y así se encuentra la verdadera paz, que no se encuentra en ningún otro lado del mundo y de ninguna otra manera.
El hombre fue creado para tener amistad con Dios y mientras no la tenga no tendrá la verdadera paz. (Salmos 16:8-11)
A Dios he puesto siempre delante de mí;
Porque está a mi diestra, no seré conmovido.
Se alegró por tanto mi corazón, y se gozó mi alma;
Mi carne también reposará confiadamente;
Me mostrarás la senda de la vida;
En tu presencia hay plenitud de gozo;
Delicias a tu diestra para siempre.
(Salmos 16)
Le dije al SEÑOR: ¡Tú eres mi dueño! Todo lo bueno que tengo proviene de ti.
Bendeciré al SEÑOR, quien me guía; aun de noche me enseña mi conciencia.

Sólo puedes entrar en el reino de Dios a través de la puerta angosta (Jesús). La carretera al infierno es amplia y la puerta es ancha para los muchos que escogen ese camino.

Pero la puerta de acceso a la vida es muy angosta y el camino es difícil, y son sólo unos pocos los que lo encuentran.
(Juan 10:9) Jesús dijo:
Yo soy la puerta; el que por mí entrare, será salvo.
¿Quieres entrar? Te ruego que hagas esta oración de todo corazón.
Oración: Querido Jesús he decidido seguirte te entrego mi corazón y el control de mi vida.
Me arrepiento de todos mis pecados y te recibo en este momento en mi vida como mi Salvador y Rey. Amén.

ORACIÓN:
Querido Jesús: Sé que Dios nos amó tanto que te envió al mundo para salvarnos y se que tu amas tanto a las personas que no te conocen que nos envías a nosotros para salvarlos.
Te ruego que toques los corazones de las personas que están leyendo estos mensajes que estoy enviando. Te pido que los bendigas y que puedan entregar sus vidas a ti para que sean salvos de la condenación eterna y estemos contigo para siempre en el cielo gozándonos contigo, y con las maravillas que has preparado para los que te siguen.
Te pido por cada uno de mis amigos, hermanos, parientes, conocidos y los que no conozco para que puedan ser salvos y puedan conocerte a ti tal como eres.
Que puedan conocer cuánto los amas, y lo que hiciste por ellos en la cruz para salvar a TODOS sin acepción de personas.
Intercedo ante ti por cada uno de ellos y también por los cristianos de nombre o sea aquellos que creen que están bien por tener solo una religión pero no son salvos.
Te ruego que los hagas a cada uno de ellos “pescadores de hombres” es decir personas que ganen almas para ti mediante las buenas noticias del evangelio. Te ruego que le des perseverancia y determinación para orar, leer las escrituras (la Biblia) y los contactes con otros verdaderos cristianos.
Te pido que levantes de ellos muchos “obreros para tu mies”. Muchas gracias Jesús. Amén.

Para predicar recordar esto:
Orar mucho antes.
Recibir el mensaje para “aquí y ahora”.
Predica o enseña media hora (solo si te piden más, ¡hazlo!)
Da “lo mejor”.
Ir directamente al punto y decir lo más importante.
No querer decir “todo” en un mensaje
Dar buenas ilustraciones.
“Elévate” al principio y date cuenta cuando y como “aterrizar”.
Ministrar (o responder preguntas, esto en grupos de enseñanza, reuniones caseras) o hacerles repetir una oración con decisiones concretas.
Se puede usar una pantalla con los versículos o dar un papel con la base del mensaje y la oración a repetir a cada uno.
Señor, haz tú el resto:
Dame la inspiración y la guía de tu Espíritu Santo.
Pon “peso” en lo que digo.
Pon gracia en la gente.
Ponles sed de tus cosas.
Hazles entender lo que quisiste trasmitirles.
Hazles tomar decisiones.
Manda ángeles en derredor mío.
Haz milagros extraordinarios (no solo de sanidad).
Haz milagros visibles y “recordables” (que la gente los cuente).
Que todos los dones de tu Espíritu Santo funcionen de una manera extraordinaria.
Haz tu obra en y a través de mí.
Tú estás presente en mí.
Estoy totalmente disponible para que hagas lo que quieras a través de mí.
Soy tu colaborador.
Me entrego completamente a ti.
Sea hecha en mí tu voluntad tal como se hace en el cielo.

El Hijo del Hombre (Jesús) vino a buscar y a salvar a los que están perdidos.
(Mateo 11:19) Decían de El:
¡Es amigo de cobradores de impuestos y de otros pecadores!
(Lucas 5:31)
Jesús les contestó: La gente sana no necesita médico, los enfermos sí.
(Efesios 2:17) Jesús vino para salvar a todos incluyéndote a ti.
Jesús vino y anunció las buenas nuevas de paz a vosotros que estabais lejos, y a los que estaban cerca;
(1 Pedro 3:11) Esto debemos hacer nosotros.
Apártese del mal, y haga el bien;
Busque la paz, y sígala.
(1 Juan 1:9)
Si confesamos nuestros pecados a Dios, él es fiel y justo para perdonarnos nuestros pecados y limpiarnos de toda maldad.
(1 Pedro 3:18) Cristo pagó la deuda de pecado en la cruz, la deuda tuya, mía y de todos.
Cristo sufrió por nuestros pecados una sola vez y para siempre. Él nunca pecó, en cambio, murió por los pecadores para llevarlos a salvo con Dios.
(Colosenses 1:20 y por medio de él (Jesús) Dios reconcilió consigo todas las cosas, así las que están en la tierra como las que están en los cielos, haciendo la paz mediante la sangre de su cruz.
Pero debemos recibirle en nuestro corazón como nuestro salvador y Rey y entregarle el control de nuestra vida.
¿Cómo hacerlo? = Por medio de una oración como esta…
Te pido que la hagas de todo corazón:
ORACIÓN: Querido Jesús te doy gracias por amarme tanto y por morir por mí en la cruz, te pido perdón por todos mis pecados y te recibo ahora en mi vida como mi salvador y Rey.
Gracias porque me has perdonado y ahora soy tu hijo y recibo tu paz. Amén.
(Romanos 5:1) Entonces sucederá esto:
Justificados, pues, por la fe, tenemos paz para con Dios por medio de nuestro Señor Jesucristo;
(Romanos 8:1)
Ahora, pues, ninguna condenación hay para los que están en Cristo Jesús.
